One night I was forced to take a cold shower. I dreaded it, the ice tendrils drizzling down your back, and that shock when you step in that takes your breath away. Then you shower as fast as you can to get it over with. I have to admit that I step out and then back into the water. I decided to challenge myself to do it again, and it still sucked.
It's called cold therapy and it's been prescribed for eons.
Okay so my new challenge is to take a shower in hot water, and then at the end deal with a little cold water. So if I do this for 30 days I am supposed to have more energy and less depression.
BUT THIS IS LITERALLY ME
Historically cold showers were used to test a warriors skill and create a stronger person.
So like a samuraii I am going to step into the water and get fresh-and cold!
